THE PAMBA HERITAGE VILLA | A Riverside Paradise The Pamba Heritage Villa - a most perfect blend of the old world charm and modern amenities. Each day that you spend in this 100 year old wooden mansion situated on the bank of the holy river Pamba, you will feel the serenity, peace and joy, which has been long lost to the frenetic pace of the times that we live in. This is a golden opportunity to experience closeness with Nature. All guests are being engaged by my mother Mrs. Leelamma Thomas who is well known for her tasty cooking recipes and Me Raeev Thomas. I am a Software Engineer and was working in India as well as in Singapore. After a while working in Accenture Technology Solutions – Singapore, I decided to come back and join the tourism industry with my homestay concept. My motto is to showcase the beauty of our location and our hospitality to the guests who visit us. I am full time engaged with my homestay and guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. We have a guide and a cook to ensure better service to our guests. Reaching the villa itself is an extraordinary experience – a boat ride through the meandering backwaters with lush paddy fields and coconut groves on either side. Soak the sun, soothe your eyes and get ready for the amazing Kerala hospitality and a few days of complete bliss and peace, punctuated only, by a bird’s call or a cricket’s hum. The way and pace of life at the villa is decided entirely by you – laze in a hammock with a book, take moonlit walks along the river, or simply immerse yourself in the water and feel the gentle ripples against your skin. For the more active amongst you – get an insight into the Kerala way of life – see the traditional paddy harvesting, go on a fishing trip and interact with the local fishermen, watch toddy (it is the fermented sap of the coconut tree) tapping and taste it, or simply stroll around the plantain and coconut groves, local landmarks, temples and markets. Property Policy

Children of any age are welcome. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

We do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to checkin. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the checkin is denied under such circumstances).

Valid Govt Issued ID proof (bearing the holder's photograph and address) is required at the time of check-in for all guests. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card bearing the holder's photograph and address.

Accommodation can deny if guests posing as a couple and may suspect as unmarried couple. Early check-in and Late Checkouts are subject to availability and to be confirmed with the hotel directly. Extra charges will apply as per the hotel policy. The hotel does not provide storage facility other than rooms reserved by the guest and will not accept liability for any damage incurred to uncollected material - All things stored will be at the guest's own risk.

The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional/extra services and facilities (such as extra food and beverage charges, room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, etc., ). These will be charged at the time of check-out.In case of increase in tariff during the special festivals season (Public holidays, Local festivals/events, Long Weekends and Carnival period Dec 20 to Jan 10 ), the customer is liable to pay the difference Value at the time of Check-in, if the Check-in date falls during those periods. Also, most of the hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods, such charges also to be paid at the hotel directly.
