No, you dont have to charge us, for no-show , if the payment option is "Pay at Property"
we will charge the commission amount first, in case of "Pay at Site" and remaining amount will be credited to your account
2.How do you avoid double-bookings?
We have our own algorithms to manage double booking . When a customer books ,we will send you a notification. You have to accept or reject booking.
3.What are the procedures we have to follow after the basic registrations of the property?
After the basic registration bookingfree will send a signed final contract to the property. Then the property has to revert it with their sign and seal. We will provide an extranet login to the property once we get their signed contract.
4.How long does the validity of the bookingfree contract?
This contract is valid upto two years from the date of final signature by both parties. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either party for convenience by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to other, with a genuine reason.
5.What is the type of accommodation that the second party can register in our portal?
The Second Party can register the type of accommodation such as Hotels & Resorts (with * category), Guest House, Apart Hotels, House Boats, Camping Accommodations, etc).
6.What will we do when the Guest cancels all or part of booking as a result of dissatisfaction with your accommodation or services?
Bookingfree will enquire about the matter. If the property is giving their information in bookingfree site completely different from the actual facilities of the property Then the Second Party has to relocate the affected guest to a comparable property with an equivalent or higher star class rating.
7.What kind of payment methods will provide?
Two types of payment methods.1.Payment at site 2. Payment at property.
8.What is the commission for the booking?
You have to pay a commission for each booking. The commission percentage will be shown in the "Agreement" during the registration process.
9.What happens if a guest cancels a booking?
If a guest cancels your rooms having a free cancellation policy, the guest pays nothing and you don’t pay commission. If a guest cancels your non-refundable policy room, the guest pays a fee, and you pay a commission on the amount that the guest pays you.
10.Can the property cancel the registration between 2 years?
Yes, maybe canceled at any time for convenience by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to bookingfree, with a genuine reason.
11.Apart from website is there any other booking way?
You can booking two ways 1. Website 2. App.
12.Is there any benefit if we book through your app?
Yes, there is 5% discount from the actual price of the booking.
13.Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! Any cancellation fees are determined by the property and listed in your cancellation policy. You will pay any additional costs to the property.
14.If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a fee?
If you have a free cancellation booking, you won't pay a cancellation fee. If your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees are determined by the property. You will pay any additional costs to the property.
15.If we are regular customer what are the benefits to us from your site/app?
Customer is recognized in total number of booking taken place.

a. Diamond – 15% discount for 100 booking.
b. Platinum – 12.5% discount for 75 booking.
c. Gold - 10% discount for 50 booking.
d. Silver – 7.5% discount for 25 booking.
e. Bronze – 5% discount for 10 booking.
