Malakkarethu House, a Thundiath enterprise is running by Adv. Jojy J Varghese, and his wife Deepthy Susan Varghese. Malakkarethu House is a fully furnished home with six elegantly furnished spacious bedrooms and attached bathrooms in two floors. Four bedrooms on the first floor have independent balconies facing the river. The house is structured to occupy as a four bedroom or two bedroom houses or as individual rooms with common hall and other facilities. The rooms are let out at reasonable rates on daily or weekly basis that makes it all the more attractive and affordable to tourists, who come on sight-seeing or pilgrimage, or business executives and technocrats who look forward to a perfect get away from their job-related pressures. We ensure a hygienic environment and problem free facilities that will add up to your jovial mood. Proximity to many tourists spots also becomes an attraction at Malakkarethu House. We provide travelling facilities on request along with guides to tourist spots like Aranmula temple, Konni Elephant Training Camp, Adavi Eco Tourism spot, Perunthenaruvi Waterfalls, Pandalam Palace, Kaviyoor Cave temples etc. We offer pilgrim packages to Sabarimala along with guide. Tourists can also select from two tour packages, the Green Package and the Blue Package. The Green Package is jungle trip connecting Gavi, Adavi and Kuttikkanam. The Blue Package includes waterway tourism starting from the Venice of the East, Alapuzha to the land of backwaters, Kumarakom. Appreciation programmes on Kathakali, Mural Painting and basic course on Yoga are provided on request.
