Property Policy

The standard check-in time is 03:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 02:00 PM.Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. Valid Govt Issued ID proof (bearing the holder's photograph and address must) is required at the time of check in for all guests. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card. Please note PAN cards are not considered valid identification. Primary Guests checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Hotels don't have a restaurant facility. Accommodation can deny if guests posing as a couple and may suspect as an un-married couple. The hotel may deny accommodation to guests residing in the same city - the hotel reserves the right of admission.

Early check-in and Late Checkouts are subject to availability and to be confirmed with the hotel directly. Extra charges will apply as per the hotel policy. The hotel does not provide a storage facility other than rooms reserved by the guest and will not accept liability for any damage incurred to uncollected material - All things stored will be at the guest's own risk. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional/extra services and facilities (such as extra food and beverage charges, room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls and other few services, etc., ). These will be charged at the time of check-out. Please note, one child of six (6) years and under can stay free when sharing a room with their parents as an additional guest. If opting for an extra bed, it would be charged as per hotel policy If any change in the tax part will be applicable as per Government rules. There will be Seasonal Hike on Room Tariff for October, November, and December Months - Such charges if any to be paid at the hotel directly during the time of Check-in. In case of increase in tariff during the special festivals season (Public holidays, Local festivals/events, Long Weekends and Carnival period Dec 20 to Jan 10 ), the customer is liable to pay the difference Value at the time of Check-in, if the Check-in date falls during those periods. The hotel will charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve on the stay during respective periods, such charges also to be paid at the hotel directly Valid ID for all adults is mandatory at the time of check-in. Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management All Couple Friendly hotels allow Local IDs. Valid Local Id Accepted - Government ids with address will be accepted: Driving Licence, Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport. Age Must be greater than 18.
