Property Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel. It is mandatory for all guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID card. Since address is not specified. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Requirement of an extra mattress will be treated as a third occupancy and it will be charged. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Checkin/Checkout timings: Our standard check-in time is 12 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early Check-in & Late Check-out (subject to availability) Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Unmarried/unrelated couples may not be allowed to check-in. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check-in. Hotel may deny check-in to guests providing ID proof of the same city as the hotel itself. ThulasiRams Service Apartment is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. By making a reservation, you assure and represent that the same has been made for private and personal use and not for commercial purposes or for any other purpose. In view of the aforementioned, you expressly indemnify Thulasirams Service Apartments from any loss or damage suffered by you on account of breach of the aforesaid assurance, including without limitation, any loss of profits, indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income, damage to property, loss of reputation, etc. The management reserves absolute right for admission to any person into the service apartment premises. Can be requested any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without previous notice/intimation and without assigning any reason what so ever and the occupant shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so in case of default and management will be entitled to remove the luggage/belongings of the occupant from the occupied room by him/her and lock the room. We deserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.
