DEVARAJA MARKET

                    Devaraja Market is popular and an appropriate place which speaks about the Mysore Culture; this has been added in almost all the Heritage walks around the city. This market which has more than 300 shops occupying an area of around 3 acres is very touristy and is one of the tourist places in Mysore. One section is filled with fresh blossoms whereas the other one sells only the offerings. Besides which, fresh fruits and vegetables are available along with some other items such as jaggery, puffed rice, and coconut water. This market complex consists of four entrances with aligned shops placed in three layers on the entire length of the market. Even for those who wish not to do any shopping but merely look around, It is a place that is still worthwhile because it provides a view of the everyday activities of the local people. There are also attractive places so that picturesque moments can also be compiled here.
