Pazhassiraja Archaeological Museum
The museum was initially
known as the East Hill Bungalow and later renamed Pazhassi Museum in 1970.
Pazhassiraja Kerala Varma, who is called a great leader of the "Pazhassi
Revolt" against the British imperialism of the Kottayam Royal Family, the
archaeological remains featuring antique bronze, ancient coins, and umbrella
stones are some of the notable items in the museum. Students of history will
find it as a treasure trove of the Princely state of Kerala as it shows
costumes and weapons of ancient Kerala.
Location: This park is situated on East Hill,
near Kendriya Vidyalaya.
