Thusharagiri Fall
Savor the striking
splendor of the Thusharagiri Fall when planning a Kozhikode trip. Two streams
from the Western Ghats converge here to give rise to the Chalipuzzha River. The
river then undergoes a further division into three to form three waterfalls,
after which the water falls freely, which is the reason for the name
“Thusharagiri,” as the mist is formed from the falling water. A beautiful view
surrounds the place, and there are many things to do. One can go trekking or
work on climbing rocks. You can also take a scope away from the activities to
go to the game parks or rest near the river to admire its waterfalls. The
enjoyment is made easier by the covers of the green trees and the soothing
dress within all the streams around. However, it is advised that the
weak-hearted do not come here, as it is natural beauty at its most untamed.
This is where the dormant nature lover and wildlife fanatic residing in you can
come out.
