Palakkad Fort In palakkad

                    The  Palakkad Fort, or Tipu Sultan’s Fort, perhaps stands as the most historical among the Palakkad tourist places. Take a day out, picnic with your family in the fort's vast green areas, and enjoy the statues on the fort premises. Or go for a morning or evening jog on the running track along the moat surrounding the Palakkad fort. History lovers can spend a few hours enjoying the museum within the grounds and admiring the fort's renovation by the Archaeological Survey of India. Architecture buffs are attracted to the fort because of its beautiful French-style construction.
