Paramekkavu Bhagvathy Temple In Thrissur

                    The Paramekkavu Bhagavathy Temple, the biggest Vaishnavi temple in the state, is also an exciting tourist destination near Thrissur.Paramekkavu Bhagavathy   temple also participates in the temple festival of Thrissur Pooram celebration in which, among many activities, 15 elephants march in a processional order from Paramekkavu temple to Vadakkumnathan temple.The Paramekkavu Bhagavathy Temple in question is located very near to the railway station in the city. Every festival season in the state, this temple whose age is almost a thousand years old experiences numerous visitors.
