Cheruthoni Dam In Munnar

Cheruthoni dam is necessary for the three barriers that comprise the Idukki Hydroelectric Power Project, specifically the Arch Dam, Kulamavu Dam, and Cheruthoni Dam. It is the third-most raised dam in India. 

The ideal approach to encounter these dams is to go on a two-hour boat voyage. Perspectives from the boat voyage are charming and hypnotizing. The best and perfect opportunity to take the journey is at dusk or dawn.
