Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary In Munnar

Idukki Wildlife Sanctuary is the best natural life safe-haven in the district, wandering over a space of 77 sq. km. The Idukki water supply frames a piece of this shelter and is its help. The top is the most excellent vacation spot in Idukki. The water supply itself has spread over more than 33 sq. km. It is also the store that lays out portions of the three dams-the Arched Dam, Cheruthoni, and Kulamavu. 

The shelter houses huge selections of live plants. It is tired of tropical and evergreen trees. The different fauna included Indian Bison, Wild Dog, Boar, Jungle Cat, Elephant, Bear, and Deer. There are a few poisonous and non-harmful snakes also. 

The delightful singing of numerous birds makes the entire experience quiet, and they are Woodpecker, Black-Bulbul, Myna, Kingfisher, Jungle Fowl, Peafowl, Laughing Thrush, and so forth.
