Government Museum

It is one of the most exciting attractions in Ooty for anybody interested in knowing more about the history attached to this hill station. You will be amazed at the extraordinary collection of various tribal objects, which make sense when traced back to history.Though Ooty is quite famed for its parks, waterfalls, and gardens, this is going to tell you how it all started. The Government Museum, situated close to Stone House Area, Arts College, collects, preserves, and exhibits artifacts, crafts, sculptures, and other items pertaining to the various tribes to which Ooty has been home.
