Kalhatty Waterfalls

                    Kalhasti Waterfalls, about 14 km from Ooty, are also called this place. Kalhatty village is here; the water flows down from a height of about 120-122 feet. You will spot various hill birds; wildlife includes Panthers, Bisons, Wild Buffaloes, Wild Dogs, Spotted deer, Sambars, and monkeys.It is also a house of diverse spices like cinnamon, cloves, rosemary, sandalwood, pepper, and rosewood. It's one of the nicest Ooty locations and an ideal spot for trekking. That can have much more to fill up your wonderful memories of Ooty.
