CANCELLATION AND REFUND
All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on the phone, followed by a written confirmation via email or message. Telephonic cancellation does not accept as a 'cancelation request. They should be made independent/individual room services with a notice of not less than 7-15 days (According to the Situation). In the case of the group, booking cancellation should be made at least 30 days before the commencement date. Please Note The refund amount after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and service costs. Both will settle within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Bookingfree Holidays Pvt Ltd., and the amount should refund by card (Debit/Credit).
